This week, Char Stacy with Ansley Real Estate announced that WAMM, LLC Developers will break ground on a new luxury Condo project at the corner of West First Street and Cook Street in downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia.
“Reservations are now open for the opportunity for the villas in Phase One of the Highlands of Blue Ridge. These are luxury condominium villas that offer the best of both worlds, the mountains without the upkeep of a traditional cabin.”
The project will consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom luxury condominium villas. All units will have views of downtown and long-range mountain views. The villas will come with high-end finishes, gas fireplaces, and outdoor balconies.
In addition, the community will be gated and will have such amenities as a swimming pool and outdoor entertaining areas. Covered parking will be available with some of the villas.
The project will be done in 4 phases and reservations are currently being taken for the ability to choose units in phase one. Delivery of the first villas are expected in late Summer 2022. This will be the second condominium project to come to Blue Ridge. The first was Blue Ridge Station on W. Main Street.
Char Stacy, of Ansley Real Estate, said she is excited about the project. "It is something many buyers have been asking for in our market place. Some buyers don't want the upkeep of a traditional cabin, but still would like a getaway in the mountains. This offers the best of both worlds", Char explained. "This will be a unique opportunity and not one that will last very long. We expect to sell out of phase one quickly." added Char.
